SOCIAL MEDIA SECTION COORDINATOR

The recruitment of enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated volunteers with the right skills matched to club need is critical to Perthshire Rugby’s ability to thrive and deliver our rugby programme successfully.
Social Media Section Coordinators will be responsible for generating, creating and scheduling content for all news related to their section in Perthshire Rugby.
Perthshire Rugby has also produced a Social Media Policy document to ensure that the creation and posting of content on Perthshire Rugby’s social media channels meets the appropriate standard, tone, and consistency to maintain our good reputation and core values. All coordinators are expected to abide by the guidelines set out in the policy.
We aim for the Social Media Policy document to be a simple reference guide with the appropriate tools provided, to ensure that Social Media Section Coordinators can create and share posts easily and quickly whilst ensuring the fundamental standards of communication on behalf of a community club are maintained.
THE PERSON
- A good knowledge of social media platforms
- Access to a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access
- Excellent online communication skills
- Look to grow our social media followers
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills to manage and schedule content.
- An ability to work by their own initiative
- A willingness to abide by the guidelines set out in the Perthshire Ruby Social Media policy document
