Adam Pattinson Endeavour Award

Awarded by the Club Committee to the young person (18 or under) within Perthshire Rugby who over the year has, through their energies and efforts, represented the Club and our values of sportsmanship, pride, respect and inclusion to the highest level. Named in memory of Adam Pattinson who was a brilliant player, captain & leader with passion and inspiration in abundance. The award recognises someone who follows in Ad’s example and lifts up those around them through rugby, friendship and selflessness.

Special Recognition Awards

These Special Recognition and Outstanding Achievement Awards are given out at the discretion of the Club Committee to commend exceptional contributions to Perthshire Rugby or performances that warrant particular acknowledgement.

2022 Campbell Watson – for all the work to re-establish the Women’s team and build them up to competitive fixtures, on top of all the coaching he has provided over many years in the Midi and Senior teams.

2022 U18 Girls – for their performance as part of the Tayside Girls team that contested 2 finals and won the U16 Girl’s National Shield.

2019 Georgina Adams –  for her achievements & efforts over the past season: the youngest player selected for the Scottish Futures programme, help coaching the Mini teams, assisting the Development Team and countless volunteer hours for our events such as Beer Festival.

Club Trophies

Adam Pattinson Memorial Cup

Contested every match between Perthshire and Murrayfield Wanderers. Established in 2021 to commemorate Adam Pattinson. As the first opponents Perthshire played after Ad’s tragic loss, Murrayfield Wanderers were so affected by the match they provided the trophy to Perthshire for both teams to play in good spirits, remembering him through friendship and the best elements of rugby.
